Patrolling

At Excellant security we offer 24 hour, 7 day a week patrols to residential, commercial and industrial sectors. All mobile patrol officers have extensive knowledge of their patrol area and the sites.

In the event of a site disturbance, the control room will contact the patrol officer by two-way radio who will respond swiftly. Once onsite the security personnel will make contact with the control room to record the incident. The officer will then follow any client's instructions that may be in place to address such an incident.

Our security patrol services include:

	Observing for suspicious or criminal behaviour; looking for potential danger or hazards; checking windows and doors; arming and disarming alarms; removing loiterers; escorting employees to vehicles and locking/unlocking buildings.
